Terms of Service

By purchasing a Bizilio stand, activating it, or using the Bizilio dashboard or any page it generates, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Bizilio provides a physical QR stand paired with a software service: a dashboard where you manage your business profile and links, and a public page that anyone who scans your stand is redirected to. The QR code printed on your stand is permanent — the destination it redirects to is not, and can be changed anytime from your dashboard.

Each physical stand ships with a one-time activation code. Claiming a code creates a business profile tied to your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you activate a stand and keep it up to date.

As a merchant using Bizilio, you're responsible for:

• The accuracy of your business information, including your name, address, hours, and contact details.
• The legality of any claims, offers, or promotions you publish through your page.
• Having the necessary rights and permissions to use any logo, image, or other media you upload.
• Complying with the terms, policies, and rules of any third-party platform you link to or promote on, including Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Not using Bizilio to solicit, incentivize, or otherwise manipulate reviews or ratings on any platform.

You agree not to use Bizilio to:

• Redirect to illegal content, malware, or phishing pages.
• Impersonate a business you don't own or represent.
• Send spam or use the service in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.
• Attempt to access another business's account or data without authorization.

You retain ownership of the business name, description, logo, and links you upload. By adding them, you grant Bizilio a license to store and display that content as part of your public page. You're responsible for having the rights to any logo or content you upload.

Bizilio may provide links or redirects to third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and others. Bizilio doesn't control these platforms and isn't responsible for their availability, policies, content, or actions. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

The stand itself is a physical product; any warranty on the hardware (cracking, print quality, etc.) is separate from this software service and covered by whatever arrangement you made at purchase. Bizilio isn't responsible for physical damage to the stand.

You can deactivate your account or stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. To the full extent permitted by applicable law, Bizilio isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or protection you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of the Philippines, which cannot be waived or overridden by agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
